About the opportunity:

We are seeking aggressive career minded individuals for an Assistant Store Manager/Manager-In-Training for our Clearwater super-store who will ultimately be responsible for sales, operations, and/or customer service in a 60,000 square foot furniture showroom.  We are very interested in retail and big box management experience. Previous furniture retail experience, preferred.

 

The ideal Manager-In-Training will have:great communication skillsability to train, lead, motivate teams to exceed expectationsinspiring enthusiasmability to effectively manage multiple tasks attention to detaila strong work ethic and dedicationprofessional demeanor  experience in a leadership role within a furniture retail environment

 

Work schedule will depend upon business need and some weekend and evening hours are also required.
