Scope of Responsibility:  Provide merchandise consistent with individual store needs and responsible for monitoring sales, stock levels & projections.

 

 

Retail Duties and Responsibilities:  1) Distribute in season purchases by store based on size, class and trend analysis.

2) Assist in coordinating shipping schedule with shipping manager, and retail cage.

3)  Assist in maintaining Retail Reserve and flow of excess inventory in a timely manner.

4) Maintain open line of communication with stores to current issues and in-store merchandising via weekly merchandise memos and phone calls.

5)  Maintain open line of communication with all business partners.

6)  Assist in initiating transfers from Retail Stores to Outlets.

7)  Determine when consolidations are needed based on weekly sales by style/color/size.

8) Create Adobe Picture Sheets for new groups and re-releases for merchandising group.

9) Compile historical data for preseason buys.

10)  Analyze Weekly Selling by Class, Group, Color, Style 

11) Proficiency in Weekly and Monthly Reports.

Education Required:    - College Graduate

 

 

Work Experience:    - 5 Years
