Senior Application Developer (Sonic) This position is responsible for supporting development and testing of new interfaces, enhancements and bug fixes within Sonic. Primary Responsibilities Own the development & testing of new interfaces as well as future releases and enhancements within Sonic enterprise service bus solution Participate and contribute to application design sessions and technical design documentation Mentor junior developers Coordinate development activities across systems; identify priorities and dependencies Job Qualifications Degree in computer science or equivalent 4-8 years experience in application development Knowledge of OOAD, Java SDK 1.5, web service protocol stack are prerequisites; J2EE/JEE 5 is a plus Understanding of service oriented architectures Experience working with hibernate and spring frameworks is ideal Candidate would ideally have experience with an ESB product (any combination of EAI, MOM, BPM, BAM tools) such as Sonic, webMethods, Vitria, or SeeBeyond Knowledge of order management, inventory management and/or retail processes is a plus Ability to translate functional requirements into technical designs, code and test plans Proactive approach to problem solving and issue resolution Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment To Apply for this position, please CLICK HERE
