For instance, Nike Retail IT is in the process of implementing a completely new Global systems footprint, encompassing NSB, SAP Retail and SAS. As our Senior Business Systems Analyst for Retail Store Systems, you'll help deliver IT business solutions that fuel growth, strengthen the brand and deliver value. You'll create and maintain a collaborative partnership with Retail IT Engineering teams, Retail Business Units, and software vendors that will enable you to resolve issues and define requirements for enhanced processes and systems. You'll be responsible for delivering end-to-end solutions using diverse accountabilities in a Retail-specific environment. You'll be responsible for system and data analysis, reporting and data mapping, creating context and process diagrams, documenting business requirements and functional specifications, business and system use cases, creating and executing comprehensive test plans, and working with business users to document user operating instructions. In addition, this opportunity involves influencing and communicating with business partners on the vision of our Retail systems at a strategic and tactical level. Requirements for the position include: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field - 5 years' experience in an IT environment - 2 years' additional experience in lieu of a degree - 3 years' experience in a business systems analyst role: leading requirements definition, design documentation, use case development and analysis of system behavior - Retail-specific knowledge, with an emphasis on store support (Front of House/Back of House) - Experience implementing Tier 1 Retail applications solutions is preferred - Knowledge of NSB POS is a plus - Demonstrated analytical, organizational and communication skills working with business partners, vendors and senior management - Software Development Life Cycle methodologies experience is preferred Have we piqued your interest?
