Purpose and Scope: Creates designs for Polo Jeans, t-shirt embroideries, etc. with Designers to produce finished, sized and colored artwork ready for factory production. Creates logos sheets and archives of finished work for each season. Responsibilities: Attend design concept meetings. Create and maintain presentation boards; create t-shirt designs, embroideries, prints and patches for garments based on inspiration rigs. Work with Designers in sizing, color-ways and placement of logos and prints. Research inspiration and put together inspiration sheets and color palette for other designers. Work with designers to create artwork and signage for seasonal inspiration rigs; create finished artwork and make printouts and CDs for factory handoff. Produce logo sheets of finished designs for designers to work with and archive work on graphics servers. Keep awareness of current design trends and techniques in the marketplace. Job Requirements: 5-7 years experience in related field or product College degree. Proficient in WebPDM, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word. Travel required.
