Senior Programmer Analyst

Develop, test, document, implement, and maintain packaged and customized applications (independently or as a member of a team) for departmental or global initiatives.Troubleshoot, support and maintain critical information systems. Analyze and identify time-sensitive system problems that could have an impact on business operations.Analyze existing processes and identify dependencies and potential break points, and recommend and implement improved technical solutions. Partner with internal customers to understand their requirements in business terms and translate those requirements into technical solutions, where appropriate.Develop technical and professional skills in order to perform roles as development lead, lead technical designer or developer. Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering or Business (with a Computer Science minor)Three plus years experience working in a Windows server environment with SQL Server. Experience working with Interwoven's Teamsite product highly desirable. Two plus years experience in applications development using java and Websphere. Working knowledge of J2EE concepts and framework required. Strong communication skills demonstrated with both technical and non-technical personnel. Ability to build relationships and deal directly with business partners required. Must be customer service focused.Demonstrated proficiency in software design, development, documentation and deployment standards. Experience with Project Life Cycle methodologies.Demonstrated skills with Oracle and DB2 a plus. Apply
