Purpose:As Sr. Supervisor, Refrigeration Monitoring, you will supervise personnel and manage processes for the Building Services Operations (BSO) Support Team. You will provide 7/24/365 technical support to all BSO Teams: Building Services Operations Center (BSOC), Technical Operations Team and Energy Department. In addition, you will manage BSOC work order processes to ensure contractor Level of Service expectations are met. You will also be responsible for managing follow-up on emergency work orders dispatched to Building Services field technicians, vendors and contractors.See Yourself: Having day-to-day leadership responsibility for all Building Services Operations Support Team functions, programs, processes and procedures to include: work order Level of Service (LOS) management and follow-up, proposal review and approval, and CAPEX requests and expense control Ensuring that BSO systems and applications are correctly programmed and updated including system programming of burglary and fire alarm systems for all Target Corporation locations Managing the updating process for Alert One, alarm pass codes, ACT, CenterVu and other BSO applications Implementing specialized service functions within BSO that increase efficiency and reduce expenses. Processing regulatory requirements, permits, false alarm fines and other requests from code officials, fire marshals and inspectors Taking a lead role in managing and resolving field issues involving vendor work orders and store equipment issues and escalating major issues/problems to the Operations Center Manager and/or Technical Operations Manager Evaluating team member performance, productivity and quality and ensuring a consistent delivery of quality service to our customers Evaluating business measurements and providing feedback and coaching to ensure continuous improvement and quality service Having leadership responsibility for developing and implementing training processes and procedures for the BSO Support Team Taking a leadership role in the development of an infrastructure for ongoing training to improve skill levels of entire staff; actively coaching and evaluating team members and assisting them in developmental career plans; communicating new and improved ideas to enhance productivity and setting an example for excellent service Assisting Operations Center Manager in the identification of specialized equipment, national contractor needs and contract scope; monitoring and providing feedback to National Contracts Team regarding vendor performance, delivery of services and expenses control; supporting Operations Center Manager and Technical Operations Manager with the implementation of corrective action in partnership with the National Contracts Team on poor performing vendors and continually working toward process improvement Working with internal and external partners to ensure that customer needs, requirements and expectations are thoroughly understood and met Working in partnership with the Operations Center Supervisors, Alarm Operations & HVAC/EMS supervisors, vendors and contractors, internal and external contacts, and others to ensure a high level of service is provided by the Operations Center Leading and coordinating special projects utilizing Building Services team members and resources.
