Job Description:

This SharePoint Lead Developer position is responsible for the implementation of technical solutions to meet the needs of business communities in various divisions leveraging portal and content management systems. In this role, the developer will be leading and working with other developers, project managers to understand the requirements, assist with formulation of technical designs, implement and test the solutions to ensure compliance to requirements and technical standards. Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server, Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services Developing and implementing Web Parts & Dashboards Connecting SharePoint to a variety of business systems Strong knowledge and experience using XML and familiarity with SQL Server SharePoint Designer InfoPath Forms Server

Job Requirement:

Minimum 3 years of progressive technology background In-depth knowledge of:

· SharePoint 2003 and preferably 2007

· C#

· ASP.NET 2.0 and 3.0 HTML, DHTML, CSS and XMLExperience with Microsoft Biztalk a plus Experience with K2 2003 or Black Pearl a plus Experience with Web Services, InfoPath, WebParts, AJAX, and Active Directory a plus

· Component development

· Software development methodologies

· Sever and network infrastructureExperience with SQL Server Ability to work directly with internal customers/project owners Strong communication skills Agile and iterative methodologies experience a plus
