Welcome to Hollywood!The Shift Leader is responsible for the supervision of 1-4 employees and for maintaining the company standards on a given shift. They assist the store management team by ensuring that the employees provide exceptional experiences while offering the most entertainment possible to our guests. They support the Store Management team in maintaining the store environment to ensure consistent execution of all company merchandising strategies, standards, and financial accountabilities.   Management Responsibilities:   Interacts with guests, makes product recommendations, and suggestively sells promotional items. Supervises Guest Service Representatives to ensure each guest receives friendly guest service upon each visit to the store. Reports to Store Management if follow-up is necessary regarding guest concerns. Performs as Manager on Duty and delegates tasks to ensure timely completion of opening and/or closing checklists. Coaches Guest Service Representatives to achieve desired performance and service results.
