We have an exciting opportunity for an experience and ambitious manager to build a showroom and staff with design, sales and service excellence from ground level.  Responsibilities include achieving showroom sales and service goals and ensuring the continuous, efficient operation of the showroom while providing leadership and guidance to showroom staff.  Also, oversees account management programs, seeks opportunities to increase sales and improve operations as well as participates in showroom floor and sales and service activities.

 

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience, a minimum of seven years sales management experience in a showroom or retail environment managing a staff of fifteen or more.  Must have the demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales goals as well as the ability to lead a staff to achieve goals.  Creative problem solving, progressive negotiation and account management skills also required.  Home furnishing industry experience required.
