Sr Analyst Field Services

The Copy & Print Center is a top growth initiative for Staples. The Field Services area within Business Services is a key group ensuring communication and customer service are achieved at the highest levels. This position plays a significant role in driving accurate and timely communications to US Retail both internally in the Home Office and externally to stores and field leaders. While creating and implementing communications are core functions of this role, responsibilities also extend to assisting in the development of strategies to improve methodology of communications and customer service improvement. An ideal candidate for this position has experience in a retail environment, can both think at a high level and execute, is detail oriented and has the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
