DIRECTOR, ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT The Sr. Director, Organizational Development will lead large organizational change/design initiatives to drive performance and process improvements for our rapidly growing cosmetics company. Will work closely with Executive management on developing plan strategies, setting systems, processes and behaviors among newly formed teams in this rapidly growing company. Expert diagnostic, needs assessment, and facilitation skills necessary to identify and resolve organizational performance issues presenting cost-effective solutions. Primary Responsibilities Direct and manage the design of programs and processes that focus on the leadership development, strategic talent management, and growth/effectiveness of project teams across the corporation. Assesses organizational needs to design and deliver appropriate measures for assessing business impact within defined projects. Develops programs for and consults to business project teams as requested, to help them establish and meet project goals and timelines as well as assisting in improving organizational effectiveness. Will facilitate peer review meetings to evaluate organizational requirements, solutions design, testing, and performance to identify and resolve project issues for successful completion. Job Qualifications Bachelors degree in OD, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Psychology, or MBA is preferred 10+ years of experience in OD and working with Executives Must have proven track record of talent management and facilitating peer review meetings Must have expertise in needs assessment, and possess facilitation skills to identify and resolve organizational performance issues, presenting cost-effective solutions Must be comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment To Apply for this position, please CLICK HERE
