Sr. Manager, Core Growth Strategy

Title: Senior Strategy Analyst

Job Description:

The Strategy Analyst is responsible for planning and executing analyses that support their strategic initiatives. This position is an integral part of a high-energy team, tackling some of the most complex and important issues within the company.

Specific roles and responsibilities include the following:

¥ Work collaboratively with various departments across the organization to find answers to core strategic issues. Help recommend actionable solutions based on sound business insights. Assist teams across the organization as they implement the initiative.

o Work with the leadership team to develop a hypothesis-driven approach to solving strategic questions

o Plan required analyses that will yield critical answers to the questions

o Understand the data and resources required to complete the analysis

o Deliver timely, zero-defect execution of analysis, with minimal support

o Based on the results of the analysis, clearly and concisely communication recommendations to leadership

¥ Build relationships with key business partners across the organization

¥ Contribute to the high-energy company culture

Job qualifications:

¥ A four-year undergraduate degree from a top institution, with a strong GPA and demonstrated leadership

¥ Three to 8 years of work experience either with a leading professional-service or investment firm or in industry (with a strong analytic work component)

¥ New graduates will only be considered if they are highly analytical and capable of learning very quickly on the job

¥ Very strong Excel modeling and PowerPoint presentation skills

¥ Strong track-record of problem-solving, including structuring problems, performing detailed analysis, and developing recommendations

¥ Knowledge of and experience with basic financial statements and financial valuation methodologies

¥ Strong communication, including writing and interpersonal skills

¥ A Òcan doÓ, team-oriented attitude

¥ Enthusiasm for joining a fast-paced, high growth company

¥ Interest in potentially advancing from the strategy role to a management position over time
