Do you have fixture and supply purchasing and management experience in a retail environment? If so, this may be the next career opportunity for you! The Sr. Manager, Fixture/Supply is responsible for the design, development, purchasing and distribution of all fixtures and supplies for existing, new, concept and relocating Dollar General stores. The individual in this role will also manage inventory control on fixtures and supplies in distribution centers and for warehousing used fixtures returning from closed stores. The top candidate will have proven success managing a team of Fixture/Supply professionals, have a solid understanding of industry-related trends and in managing a multi-million dollar budget.Minimum a Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 5 years retail field experience or related purchasing experience 5 years or more of retail operations experience preferred 5 years or more of fixture design and development preferred Ability to effectively monitor and develop subordinates to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the department. Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and distribution centers. Ability to communicate effectively within corporate structure. Ability to accomplish multiple tasks. Ability to problem solve and make decisions. Ability to be a team player and is customer service driven. Responsible for inventory control at ten (10) distribution points. Ability to negotiate effectively.

Compensation will consist of a competitive salary based on your experience, with bonus potential.
