Follows the Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing.Qualifications1. Maintains knowledge of general business and economic developments, and gains an understanding of the Company s industry and related IT control risks based on the Cobit framework.2. Assists Senior Staff in the development of scope and objectives, audit programs and audit reports during the planning, fieldwork and reporting phases of engagements.3. Applies knowledge of IT concepts in executing audit fieldwork and day-to-day activities. Executes IT audit fieldwork by following and completing prepared work programs within the planned scope and time frame.4. Prepares technically sound communications such as client correspondence, memos, and other working papers that document the procedures performed, findings, and conclusions.5. Interacts with client personnel and demonstrates a commitment to continually improve client satisfaction.6. Demonstrates teamwork by cooperating with seniors and other staff, sharing information, accepting constructive feedback and accepting additional assignments when appropriate.7. Evaluates process logic of software, both application and system, to perform audit steps requiring retrieval or testing of computerized information.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:1. Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or equivalent experience.2. CISA designation preferred, CIA designation a plus.3. Two years experience in the field of information systems, internal audit or equivalent.4. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.5. Ability to work in teams with a high degree of efficiency and energy.6. Ability to utilize computer tools to perform CAAT functions.7. Working knowledge of the information technology system development lifecycle.8. Ability to be self-directed.9.
