Stock Specialist

Ermenegildo Zegna, the luxury men’s apparel company, is searching for a Stock Specialist to join our Corporate Headquarters in Englewood, New Jersey.

This individual will be responsible for the daily operational functions of the Stock Program for various product lines including order processing, production, distribution and quality control and will also monitor production orders with our overseas factories. Additional responsibilities to include working closely with sales staff, buyers, wholesale customers, warehouse and factories to ensure timely and accurate processing and shipping to all accounts. The position will also focus on providing customer support to our New York Showroom and resolving account discrepancies, special orders and charge backs.

 

The successful candidate will have 2-3 years experience with customer service and order entry and strong organizational and follow through skills. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills required with strong computer skills; AS/400, Excel, Word. Must be able to multi-task and work within a team environment.
