Store Communications Coordinator

We are currently searching for a Store Communications Coordinator to communicate issues impacting the field organization through register messages, store mail and voice mail. Ensures accurate information is communicated and all follow up is thorough.

• Handles all communications to the store via register mail system. This will encompass all promotional changes and register messages.
• Coordinate and communicate window campaigns and table set up with Visual Merchandising and Merchandise Administration.
• Attend Merchandise Touchbase and Target Meetings
• Help coordinate information for weekly store mail packs.
• Answer questions and troubleshoot problems with RSM's/ROM's/DSM's and SSM's.
• Coordinate special projects for the department.
• Collect request information from other departments; Payroll, Sales Audit, Inventory Control.
• Marketing requests.
• Missing BOL's, transfers issues and voids.
• Floor refill report
• Gatekeeper for register and promo mail. • 2-3 years of experience in store operations role
• Ability to analyze situations and resolve issues with innovation and creativity.
• Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with all levels inside and outside the organization.
• Ability to drive projects through to completion.
• Attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook
EDUCATION:
• Bachelor's Degree Communications, preferred
