Store Manager

Staples’ Managers are responsible for supporting and executing our Easy Brand Promise by: Demonstrating and reinforcing the behaviors that make every shopping experience “Easy” for our customers. Fostering a sales culture to enhance customer service and drive sales using available tools and training.  Efficiently managing all operational functions including receiving/back room, inventory, merchandising and store maintenance. Effectively managing sales and profitability of assigned departments. Actively maintaining a team approach in the day-to-day management of store associates.  The most qualified candidates for this position have the following skills and experience: A minimum of 2 - 4 years sales and supervisory experience in a retail environment.  Strong leadership skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to drive sales in a customer service focused environment.
