Store Manager & Assistant Manager Positions Available

Tactical Learning currently has a position available for cart manager.  We would like to fill this position by May 1.  We also have assistant manager and sales representative positions available.  Please specify the position that you are interested in when applying.  We are a rapidly expanding company with several locations throughout the United States.  Our cart managers make no less than $3500-$4500 per month on commission and store bonuses.  Your earning potential has no limit with our company.

 

Tactical Learning is looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working, motivated, and efficient individual who will implement our standards and help us achieve our business goals. 

 

Our ideal candidate demonstrates the following qualities:Professional in demeanor and appearance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 2-3 years of sales experience (preferably retail sales). Trustworthy and capable. Confident and understands the market dynamic. An effective problem-solver.

 

Responsibilities: Hire, manage, and motivate cart sales teams. Oversee sales and customer transactions. Meet and exceed monthly sales expectations. Attend weekly conference calls with the national sales director to discuss and review store progress. Maintain accurate records and ensure the proper collection of customer information. Ensure that all necessary documents are forwarded to corporate headquarters in a timely manner.
