We are currently seeking experienced Retail Managers to help run our Lake Oswego, OR store location. Qualified candidates will offer the following:

 

Building Talent

§ Network, recruit, assess and hire qualified candidates

§ Evaluate, develop and promote team members

§ Creates a team atmosphere and a positive work environment

Building Service Standards

§ Has a passion for great customer service

§ Creates a friendly store environment

§ Sets the pace…leads by example

Building Revenue & Operational Excellence

§ Prioritizes daily objectives while achieving Sales Plan through excellent customer service

§ Achieves and maintains a high degree of operational efficiency and accuracy

§ Thinks strategically and drives the business to company standards

 

But most importantly, we’re looking for energetic, detail minded candidates who thrive in a fast paced environment. Candidates should have at least 2-5 years of recent store management experience, be self-motivated, have strong organizational skills and possess a take charge attitude.
