Store Manager, Fashion Apparel, Strip or Life Style Center

Our client, a specialty retailer in fashion apparel has asked that we conduct a search for a Store manager for one of their high volume stores. This store has high visibility and you will be in the spotlight. The company has sustained exciting growth and is looking for the right individual to lead the Store Team.

Main responsibilities include:Drive sales through effective merchandising, sales training and leadership.Collaborate with internal support areas i.e., LP, HR, Buying.Insure that all Best Standard Practices for Store Operations are being met.Provide guidance and support to store management.Develop and conduct training meetings and workshops for all levels of the store organization.Lead all efforts in the areas of training, visual merchandising, inventory control.Develop store management to insure proper succession planning to support store growth.

What the company needs from you:Minimum of 3 years of store management experience in a fashion environment.High volume strip center or lifestyle mall experience.
