Store Manager / Northern NJ

A well-known, growing Big Box retailer, that offers “one-stop” shopping. They carry extensive selections of men’s, women’s and children’s apparel, shoes and accessories, as well as an impressive linens/home department. They are looking for a responsible, well-organized Store Manager to help continue in their success and growth.

 

Responsibilities:

 Assist in the recruitment, hiring and training of store staffManaging sales and operations, control expenses and payroll budgetsOverseeing merchandise placement and displaysImplementing company policies and procedures

 

Qualifications:

 Must have AT LEAST 3 years management experience in a retail environmentMust be able to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidaysAvailability to work the hours necessary to open and/or close the storeAbility to handle multi-million dollar sales volumeMust have excellent communication, organization and follow-through skills
