Job Title:  Retail Store Manager & Sales Consultant

Position Specific Requirements:

 Ability to manage a small team (4-6 persons) Familiar with Opening/Closing procedures for a retail location Provide assistance as well as advice relative to purchase by customers on multiple carriers for wireless, voice and data phones and accessories Able to provide general training on the wireless products to both the location staff and our customer base Manage and control inventory Provide exemplary customer service to both the internal and external customer Responsible for the bank deposits Able to continually update knowledge of promotional items/special orders Work closely with recruiting and training teams to ensure proper staffing levels and training needs




Additional Requirements:

 Must be computer literate Able to use effective communications to inform staff of of daily sales objectives Previous experience with scheduling staff Ability to effectively coach, counsel and discipline as needed
