Requirements:Candidates must have related retail experience and enjoy a fast paced sales environment. (Minimum 2 + years experience) Understanding of retail merchandising practices, including concepts such as “item driven merchandisingâ€�Ability to manage, motivate, and develop store staff.Newly hired managers are expected to complete a structured 4-week training program prior to placement and can expect hands-on exposure to every phase of the business.
