Store Support Systems Manager

We’re a leading consumer-driven footwear company and wholesale supplier of women’s fashion shoes to U.S. department stores under brand names like Naturalizer, Via Spiga, Franco Sarto and LifeStride. We’re a marketer and supplier of brand-name, private label and licensed footwear to department stores, mass-merchandisers, and independent and specialty stores.Position Accountabilities:Assures the development, implementation and continuous improvement of programs and processes that increase sales, control expenses, or improve efficiencies at stores by utilizing technology, process enhancements and/or cross functional involvement Assures delivery of financial and executional data to field supervisors for tracking, rating and ranking individual performance Assures excellent service as an advocate for customers, store and field personnel in all projects and cross-functional teams, such that the needs and challenges of the field are representedAssures: Adequate inventory of non-trade items are available to meet Company initiatives and individual store needs and still maintain a best/great price philosophy Non-trade inventory is kept current and field personnel have accurate and timely information of what is available and the process to acquire itemsPosition Essential Functions: Develops, implements, and continuously improves programs and processes to provide:Training materials and classes as needed for the end user to receive the most productive impact from the new or changed functionality Provides necessary reporting and business results to Store Team:All monthly/quarterly/annual reporting (KPI, Store requested supplies, paid outs, etc.) Queries & ad hoc reporting as needed Ensures consistency in contest preparation and tracking Manages the development and execution of the KPI, expense awareness, and results reporting Assists all functional areas with any project or initiative (technical or procedural in nature) that would alter or modify an existing store program or system (LINK, Steps, POS) Facilitates the Field Alignment Process and ensures that all departments and field receive the appropriate notification and information Reviews information delivery needs and philosophy for the field and retail home office departments Monitors and takes appropriate action when non-trade level no longer meet our needs or are no longer necessaryPosition Specifications: Educational Preference: Job Experience Preference: Retail store experience is preferred Technical or operational help desk experience recommendedSoftware/Hardware Experience Preference: Excel, Data WarehouseCommunication Skills
