Store System AdministratorThe Store System Administrator will work with and support BRU Director of Store/LP Systems by providing additional operational expertise in all projects assigned.  This role will also support the Director of Store/LP Systems cross divisionally to provide operational procedures for all programs going to the field and support BRU store System Development from a business perspective to partner with MIS to address field needs while ensuring optimal and effective use of all store equipment. The Store System Administrator will also liaise with Store Systems and Store Installations teams in MIS on assigned projects. This role will manage special projects assigned by Store/LP Systems Manager and Director of Operations that currently include: DMX in-store music Frame/Phone Systems New, Remodel and SBS Support PC builds, Kiosks, Hardware Rollouts Navistor ISRAD Refund Barcoding.  It will also create, update and support SOPs, policies, procedures, or training material as they pertain to assigned store system applications and/or hardware which includes follow up on any questions or concerns from stores on assigned project issues.  The creation and maintenance of manuals that outline all store systems is essential to this role which will include, but is not limited to, explaining the purpose of each system/application, how it is used, identifying the primary user and what other systems/applications are impacted.Requirements:Must have previous retail store operations experience. Self starter. Strong people and communication skills. Must have the ability to communicate with all levels of management. Strong computer skills. Must be organized, detailed oriented and a strong team player. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
