Through our paid training, you will become an industry professional!!! Candidates should have 2-5 years experience in at least one of the following:

Store line retail / logistics /Merchandising / warehousing / distribution / supply chain / receiving

Candidates must have 3-5 years in managing and developing effective "retail warehouse teams" in the interior design or home furnishings industry.

DUTIES & REQUIREMENTS:

Familiarity with a computer system is a must. Candidates should have the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to work a flexible schedule (every Sunday Saturday, and holidays as well as occasional evenings).

The Store Warehouse Sup (WHS) must have the ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.

The OPS has many store operations responsibilities in conjunction with the District, Regional, Showroom, and Customer Care & Visual Merchandize teams. Our WHS must have the ability to meet goals. As a Retail Leader you will be responsible for store profitability, direct activities related to merchandise flow, store maintenance and supporting sales functions.

As an WHS Associate, you will be responsible for shipping & receiving of Raymour & Flanigan product and conducting monthly merchandise inventory. Familiarity with the product preparation process (receiving, minor repair, assembly. customer in store pick up) is also a must.

As an WHS you are expected to be an in Store Stock Associate (STOCK), as well as a Coach and Trainer. Being a STOCK means that in addition to greeting customers promptly and appropriately you should work to establish a rapport that allows you to determine all of their merchandize pick up needs and then professional assistance with the placement of furniture on to there vehicle. As OPS you are expected to train and motivate all non-commissioned STOCK, and focusing on improving the overall customer experience.
