Supervisor - Reserve Storage / Merchandise Preparation

Responsible for the supervision of all staff members in the Merchandise Preparation and Reserve Storage departments. Ensure the timely and accurate processing of picking, put away and prepping of merchandise while maintaining inventory accuracy and in accordance with Tiffany & Co. standards. Oversee the picking, put away and preparation of merchandise within areas of responsibility. Meeting set turn times and/or productivity goals while ensuring inventory accuracy. Communicate with all areas of Distribution, as well as 3rd party liaison to ensure timely, accurate processing of merchandise while pushing through expeditious product requests. Oversee the picking and put away of purchasing supplies within areas of responsibility. Meeting set turn times, daily rush requests and/or productivity goals while ensuring inventory accuracy. Coach and develop department team members by providing assignments and opportunities to enhance existing skills or learn new responsibilities. Review, develop and implement procedures and policies. Administrative duties: maintaining department files, employee records, business reports, equipment checklists, enforce policies and procedures, etc. Participation in projects as required Exercise cost controls   Required Qualifications/Primary Job Requirements: - Non traditional working hourse; detail oriented well organized; problem solving skills; must comply with all Tiffany policies including safety and security; previous supervisory experiance.
