Support Technician - Temporary Position

What You Do: Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve any technical issues called in from all stores. Ensure calls are clearly documented and properly tracked in AHD system. Place and expedite service calls with outside vendors when on site assistance is required. Escalate any store technical issues to proper level of support. Provide follow up for any unresolved call issues. Identify and analyze patterns or trends of incoming calls and escalate to Help Desk Management.

What's Required: Associate's Degree in related field or technical school in computer repair or network support Previous retail support experience a plus Basic PC hardware troubleshooting experience in a remote phone support environment Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications:  Outlook, Windows 98, NT & XP OS Excellent analytical and communication skills with prior customer service experience Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and be highly motivated
