Team Leader

Miles Kimball Company, a subsidiary of Blyth, Inc, which includes the Miles Kimball, Exposures, Miles Kimball Christmas Cards, Walter Drake, Easy Comforts, and The Home Marketplace, currently has an exceptional opportunity in our Oshkosh Call Center for 2 Seasonal/Assistant Team Leader.

The primary role of the Seasonal/Assistant Team Leader in our Call Center is to develop and integrate the talents of each team member into a unified and high performing work team while providing superior customer service.  Seasonal Team Leaders will take on a team of 10 – 30 team members and will partner with them to provide information on time and attendance, productivity, quality, and related work information for ongoing feedback.  Seasonal Team Leaders will serve in a production/peer leadership capacity during the non-rush season.  Formal training in Supervisory Skills required.  Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, or willingness to work towards obtaining, previous experience is necessary.
This position will work between 9am – 7pm, Tuesday – Saturday
