Our client, one of the largest Dallas retailers is looking for a Technical Lead for their Credit Systems and Payment Acceptance group. 

The Technical Lead will serve as a contact for all technical matters in the delivery of the Payment Acceptance initiative.
Responsibilities:
•Primary technical design leader for payment acceptance initiatives.
•Responsible for traceability of design documentation to the requirements, technical specifications and ensure the design fits the client's SWIPE model.
•Ensuring that technical objectives, scope, specifications, design, technical integration are fully understood by the project team which includes multiple vendors (EDS, NEC, Ingenico, Fiserve, Visa, Incomm and ADS).
•Interfacing with the business and IT service providers for the purpose of gathering business requirements and assisting in generating system requirements and all business analysis activities.
•Educating and mentoring project stakeholders on the architecture of the RIS system, payment acceptance technology and best practices.
•Assisting the project manager with issue, change and risk management for the Payment services systems, namely legacy Mainframe and Host systems integration, back office processes, revenue accounting processes – reconciliation and settlement, POS interface, PCI, and BCP, etc...
•Monitor technical and engineering activities from the project partners to ensure quality products for the Payment Acceptance initiatives.
•Provide Production Support services for the 3rd level Production Support group.
•Provide overall technical project guidance throughout the SDLC process.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS NEEDED
•Delivery experience in credit/payment system implementation
•Delivery experience in the Financial Network space.
•Delivery experience in the Forecourt space.
•POS delivery experience.
•BackOffice delivery experience.
•Must have experience in application development and delivery
•Extensive background in retail payment services architectures, design and real world experience with successful implementation.

•Pumps: Gilbarco, Wayne, Tokheim, Bennett
•Pay @ Pump: Gilbarco CRIND, Wayne DCPT, Tokheim DPT
•Security Modules: GSM, MSM, TED
•Tank Gauges: 250, 350 and 350R Veedor-Root
•Networks: i.e. - PayPoint (BP/Arco), Sunoco (Philadelphia National Bank),etc
•BackOffice: Fuel/Credit Subsection (Setup, Sales Collection and Reporting)
•POS
•Strong business/technical analyst with collaborative, team-building approach and demonstrated ability to mentor and coach others.
•Demonstrated ability to balance priorities of simultaneous projects within retail industry, preferably in Payment Acceptance.
•Required: Recognized SME in the field of payment services systems who is involved in crafting the next generation of technologies and techniques that will enhance the effectiveness of future implementations.
