Technical Field Supervisor

ResponsibilitiesManage assigned Region’s Mobile Technicians: Observe, train and manage Mobile Technicians. Motivate technicians to attain goals and provide the highest levels of customer service. Follow up on technician’s workload and workmanship to ensure the highest standards. Work closely with Regional management teams to improve Mobile Technician program. Responsible for helping each technician make sales budgets and goals. Active communication and coaching to improve results. Manage and track financial positions of each Mobile Technician.Perform Warranty and Onsite Services where needed: Be available to aid stores with service in the event of an emergencyCustomer Service: Ensure high level of customer service and ethical selling practices. Respond to and resolve customer requests and complaints as necessary. Role model Team C.A.R.E. values in all interactions and communications with customers, associates, and managers to foster a service culture. Managing expense controls and administration functions: Monitor and approve all expenses of the Mobile Tech. Responsible for time management and hours. Optimize productivity and profitability.Loss Prevention: Responsible for protecting Staples assets at all times. Manage parts procurement for each service repair. Ensure proper technical procedures are being executed to limit Staples liability with services performed. Promote awareness in stores to reduce Loss Prevention issues.Qualifications A+ Certification Preferred 3-5 years Related technical knowledge Ability to drive sales Management skills Bachelor Degree Preferred Relationship Management Self Starter Highly Motivated and able to motivate a team
