Work support tickets to resolution and log detailed, accurate information in the Remedy ticket. Install and troubleshoot all PC hardware and software on Macintosh, Windows XP workstations and laptops including peripherals. Deliver and setup with professionalism to the customer¿s satisfaction. This position is based in Bentonville, AR-no relocation assistance is available. Must have previous experience installing and troubleshooting PC hardware and software on Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000, and Windows XP such as hard drives, RAM, monitors, printers, Microsoft Office 97/XP, Internet Explorer. Candidate must have excellent customer service skills, ability to multitask and good phone skills. Additional Preferred Requirements: Have the ability to install hardware such as video cards, sound cards, CD ROMs, system boards, speakers, CD writers, laptops, and scanners.
