We’re a leading consumer-driven footwear company and wholesale supplier of women’s fashion shoes to U.S. department stores under brand names like Naturalizer, Via Spiga, Franco Sarto and LifeStride. We’re a marketer and supplier of brand-name, private label and licensed footwear to department stores, mass-merchandisers, and independent and specialty stores.Position Accountabilities Assures analysis, design, and maintenance of systems meet specifications, requirements of project and overall business need Assures innovative solutions to technical problems by utilizing the right tool at the right time Assures timely completion of all assigned IS projects within the budgetary guidelines mutually agreed upon with IS Management and that the results are of a consistently high quality that meet the business needs Assures effective customer service to resolve issues swiftly and accurately and to meet customer needsProfile Accountabilities Demonstrating creativity by breaking norms and generating ideas Position Essential Functions Develops, modifies and maintains applications of high complexity under limited supervision Understands project accountability; estimates, time to complete and communicates to the appropriate staff when differences will affect the team/business Participates in design and implementation of systems, usually in association with team members Performs analysis and design in concert with end users and other IS staff members Develops specifications for highly complex systems Designs, codes and tests applications following specifications using the appropriate tools Documents systems for implementation and turnover to computer operations and systems support Keeps current; continues to learn and expand skills and knowledge to ensure a high level of performance and personal growth Takes a leadership role in those technical areas that they possess expertise and knowledge in, when working with team members, customers, and the company Assists in the evaluation and analysis of software and hardware products under corporate review Takes a leadership role in the development of other less experienced staff members Leads small projects, including project planning Directs the efforts of less experienced staff membersPosition Specifications Educational Preference: Bachelor’s degree required Job Experience: THIS POSITION REQUIRES A CRIMINAL/CREDIT BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION BEFORE OFFER.Analytical Reasoning Skills
