Also serves as business partner liaison with vendors and internal support teams like Information Technology.QualificationsResponsibilities" Point of contact for Talent and Learning in the function and operation of the Online Performance training (OPT) system." Implements initiatives to improve the overall functionality and usability of the OPT." Participate in delivery-related projects with business partners, Information Technology, and vendors to guide and direct related project requirements and completion." Supports multi-modal delivery platforms including OPT, Web Conferencing, and intranet, maintaining content and delivery structures; includes potential 3rd party content coming from vendor partners" Develops and maintains a library of reference material supporting delivery methods including OPT, Training Tracker, Web conferencing, etc." Responsible for Help Ticket in completion of end-user issues in the field for OPT" Assists instructional design team in the Spanish translation, process where interface with OPT is necessary." Being an active resource for internal eLearning development, using eLearning development tools Dreamweaver, Flash, Flashform, etc." Develop and maintain Talent and Learning Intranet." Assists Talent and Learning in a variety of special projects as it relates to delivery of training solutions, such as seasonal training preparation, new store training" Produces complex training reports as required by Talent and LearningSkill/Experience Requirements" Team player with a positive attitude, sense of urgency, and willingness to do whatever is needed to achieve project goals and requirements" Demonstrated problem-identification, problem-reporting and problem solving skills" Proven vendor and business partner relationship skills" Deep skill and solid experiences with Flash, HTML, CSS, Javascript " Working knowledge and experience with Graphic Design tools is a plus" Demonstrated expertise in using Microsoft office product software for databases, spreadsheets, word processing and graphic production" Balance many, sometimes conflicting priorities, keeping details and deadlines straight without being prompted.
