Telecommunications Manager

We are currently looking for a Manager of Telecommunications.

DirectsTelecommunications Staff and provides direction by managing the planning and day to day operations of telecommunications.

2nd level services/POS support and/or implementation support.

Manages all construction schedule activity and pilot/ project related work. Repair and maintenance of telecommunications equipment.

Removal, refurbishment and inventory of telecommunications equipment. Provides input on budget and CBR process with Management.

Assess future telecommunications service/support applications and platforms.

Financial monitoring and PO approval for all service issues.

Maintains comprehensive telecommunications database information. Maintains SLP and Scorecard commitments and reporting.

Manages special projects.

Requires strong PC, organizational, verbal, written skills.

Strong leadership skills. Ability to manage vendors, build vendor relationships and impact vendor expense.

Contract negotiations.


 

Education:

Bachelor's degree in IT or comparable business experience.

 

Experience

5-7 years experience in a related field and 2-4 years experience manager/supervisory.


 

Strong organizational, verbal, & written. Strong PC
