Job Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for stimulating specialty store sales to reach annual increase and maximize profitability through direct sales presentations at trade shows and through proactive inbound and outbound telephone sales calls. Sales calls include selling current season and future season dress shirts, making product substitutions and selling additional styles. This position handles sales and marketing of key specialty stores and works with manager on prospecting new specialty store business. Specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Answer toll free telephone, fax and email orders Maintain call goal of less than 5 percent abandonment rateProcess orders in ACS, and follow through to successfully execute the sales transactionProvide top customer service to specialty stores in the United States, the Caribbean, and Central AmericaHandle inquiries from retailers about product availability, fashion trends, order status, etc. Handle return authorizations, research shipping problems and handle order trackingWork with the credit department to expedite orders and resolve charge backs issuesMake outbound calls for availability issues, seasonal promotions, and replenishment ordersMaintain product knowledge of all dress shirt lines for current and future seasonsMaintain ACS account contact information database Assist with scheduling tradeshow appointmentsParticipate in national apparel industry tradeshows to promote dress shirt collectionsParticipate in customer meetings in the New York office showroomsFollow up with customers and potential prospects after tradeshowsCollaborate in the seasonal marketing catalog productionJob Requirements:
2 or more years in sales and trade show experience Associate Degree in Business Administration or Sales preferredStrong sales and marketing skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and telephone etiquette skillsAbility to stay focused and manage several tasks simultaneously MS Windows, MS Office, Lotus Notes or Microsoft Outlook Express
