We are currently seeking highly motivated Dispatch Clerks and Driver Check In Tellers to join our Operations team at our brand new distribution center in Columbia, MD! 

 

Dispatch Clerk:

 

This candidate will have the opportunity to work along side our transportation team to ensure proper picking and staging of merchandise to be delivered!  This is a crucial role in the operations of our Distribution Center with a tremendous amount of room for growth! 

 

Responsibilities:Print documents for each delivery run including inter-store transfers and sales ordersVerify accuracy of manifests for each run made throughout the dayCommunicate with, and act as a liaison between our customers and our sales forceResolve all customer issues to assure that all deliveries are made in a timely fashion



Job Requirements:  Candidate must have excellent communication skillsBi-lingual a +Previous customer service experience preferred

Driver Check In Teller:

 

As a Teller for Sleepy’s, you will carry the important responsibility of collecting all revenue accumulated from the deliveries throughout the day.  We deliver over 2000 mattresses daily! This position requires a strong attention to detail, as well as, excellent organization skills.

 

Responsibilities:Process invoices and delivery paperworkCommunicate and resolve all issues with independent carriersAssist with the processing customer pick-ups



Job Requirements:  Must have strong math and excellent communication skillsPrevious cashiering experience a +Bilingual a +Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends and some holidays.
