Toys R Us - Talent Acquisition ManagerToys 'R' Us is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager for the Great Lakes/Mid-Atlantic region. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing the external talent acquisition process, which includes effective recruiting and hiring procedures that will result in attracting and retaining the highest qualified candidates for store and district level positions within the Great Lakes/Mid-Atlantic region.  This position will require partnering with Regional HR Managers, District and Store Managers to support their external recruiting, talent assessment and succession planning needs.Responsibilities: Develops, implements and drives the sourcing, recruitment and selection strategies based on regional, district and store needs. Establishes and nurtures business partnerships with Regional HR Managers, District and Store Managers. Executes talent assessments and succession planning for regional, district and store needs. Plans and forecasts for all turnover and promotions at store, District, and Regional levels. Builds and maintains pools of qualified applicants (“pipelines”) reducing time to fill. Educates / Coaches / Trains leadership team on industry best practices. Continuously works to improve current staffing strategy and process by identifying, evaluating, developing and implementing industry best practices and tools.  Requirements: BA/BS degree in Human Resources or Business. 3-5 year of Human Resources experience, including full life cycle recruitment. Effective interviewing skills and familiarity with various employment selection processes. Strong ability to influence and persuade at all levels Strong verbal/written communication and organizational skills. Knowledge/experience with “best practice” recruiting programs/initiatives.
