Traffic Coordinator

Bare Escentuals Beauty, Inc. is looking for a Traffic Coordinator for our Groveport, OH Distribution Center! As the Traffic Coordinator, you will be responsible for meeting the daily transportation requirements of the company and insuring that all outbound shipping requirements are met and inbound shipping schedules are followed. Coordinates and manages daily outbound pickups. Insures that both regular outbound pickups and arranged outbound pickups are completed by their arranged times. Communicates to carriers daily outbound needs. Monitors to insure that these needs are met. Oversees and coordinates non-regular shipping processes such as international carrier, international forwarder and USPS international shipping. Insures compliance with all international shipping requirements including packing, labeling and documentation. Monitors inbound traffic against inbound schedule and follows up with carriers on any exceptions. Generates and maintains logs to measure carrier compliance and performance Supports and assists the Traffic Specialist as needed on Traffic related issues Communicates and works with other operations departments to facilitate work flow and increase efficiencies Filing and general office duties as assigned Respond to tracking requests -AA degree or equivalent work experience -3-5 years of related experience in a wholesale pick/pack warehouse and receiving/shipping environment. -Ability to be Multi-Tasking -Detail Oriented -Strong Communication and Organizational skills -Ability to work across multiple departments -Ability to meet deadlines while working in a fast paced environment -Domestic and international shipping hands-on experience -Efficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, E-mail and navigating on internet. Experience with order management and warehouse management systems. Traffic Department positions provide an excellent opportunity to be right in the middle of the supply chain.
