POSITION OVERVIEW:

 

Working with the training manager trainer will assess training needs in relationship to business objectives to help develop and deliver innovative, effective, timely and quality training programs.  Provide sales and customer service classroom training to new and existing associates.  Audit new associates out of training through monitoring and review of work to ensure their success.  Audit key performance reports and based on the results create refresher training to enhance current associates existing knowledge, skills and abilities.  Deliver and report all retrains of associates.  Trainer will work closely with the training manager to write policies, procedures and training modules.  Assemble materials needed for training manuals, presentations, testing and evaluation procedures.  Interact with other departments to gather information regarding training programs.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS:Associates or Bachelors Degree Preferred2+ Years of Training ExperienceStrong analytical skillsMust be able to interact effectively with all levels and departmentsAbility to inspire and motivate othersIndependent contributor as well as team playerIntermediate or Advanced skills in MS Word and ExcelFamiliarity with Power Point and/or Ecometry a plusStrong organizational skills and ability to multi-taskExceptional verbal and written communication skillsDesire to develop and grow within the organization
