Truck Drivers (Distribution)

We currently have full-time openings for the position of Truck Driver at our Carter Distribution Center in Sunbury, Ohio. Carter Distribution Center supplies building materials to our Carter Lumber retail locations. We deliver throughout 12 states and service over 200 retail locations.

 

Position Overview:
CDC Truck drivers are responsible for meeting and exceeding delivery schedules while maintaining efficient service at delivery sites. This position is responsible for representing our products and services in a professional manner while maintaining the integrity of our company. CDC Drivers will also work closely with the management for quality assurance purposes.

Requirements to join the Carter Lumber team:Previous driving experience and an acceptable driving record (subject to completion of a driving background check) Must have a valid CDL, Class A License Pass DOT physical Pass a pre-employment drug test Must possess good communication skills Applicant should live within a 50 mile radius of the Carter Distribution Center
