Vendor Relations Representative
Salary commensurate with experience.

Responsible for providing ongoing assistance to the Field and vendors ensuring that all accounts assigned are maintained current and accurate. Other responsibilities include, recording all incoming calls, reconciling and settling all accounts payable inquiries and vendor statements, negotiating payment terms and following-up with vendors and bookstore staff.

Associates Degree and two to three years related experience required. Prior accounts payable experience, excellent written and oral communication, organizational, analytical, and mathematical skills are required. Proficiency in Word and Excel, ability to resolve problems and meet deadlines. Prior AS400 experience is a plus.
