The Vice President – Internet Financial Services will be responsible for developing and executing the online, interactive and e-commerce transactional Marketing strategies and plans to aggressively and profitably grow ACE’s market share and to extend ACE’s leadership position.   Requirements Experience Base *Significant, relevant, practical experience with online/web Marketing (eCommerce), ideally from industries such as Financial Services, Information Services, Retail or Telecom *Experience developing/activating acquisition, retention, and cross/up-sell Direct Marketing *Consumer-focused brand Marketing  *Experience developing and managing a complex, interactive Marketing database *Significant experience managing agencies, including experience guiding creative  *Experience successfully hiring, developing and leading direct/indirect reports  Skill Set *Superior functional expertise *Exceptional leadership *Intellectual horsepower *Listening skills *Bias for action; ability and willingness to take action with little information *Creative and conceptual thinking *Resourcefulness *Open, direct and effective communications
