Job Responsibilities:

 

The candidate must be absolutely passionate about retailing and also developing people.  A combination of strong leadership and organizational skills, teambuilding, profit-driven and hard work are keys to success in this position.  This is a broad-based management position, overseeing all aspects of store-level operations and customer satisfaction, including, but not limited to: 

 The oversight and support of regional, district, and store management.Responsibility for driving sales and managing all aspects of the Store and Support P&L.Presents a daily presence in stores, reviewing, evolving, and enhancing operations, working directly with the store operations team, and providing feedback and direction to the merchandising and supply chain.Works with other Corporate officers in the coordination and direction of the Company.Shares responsibility for the management of the Human Resources function.Ability to play key role in national expansionUnderstands  retail best practices, current policies, technology, and shifting consumer trendsKnows the competition and is aware of information affecting business and organizational areasHas a fundamental understanding of Accounting and Financial concepts and is well-versed in Human Resource hiring and staffing practices, as well as current compliance requirementsDrive team consensus building, supporting the company mission and vision through generating alternative concepts and weighing decisions rationallyCreate a culture of accountability, pride of ownership, strong morale and a dedication to customer serviceSet clear priorities and expectations, provide focus, and eliminate roadblocksAlign projects and communicate critical priorities in support of the company mission and visions

 

 

Requirements:

 5+ years in retail operations management5+ years high-level supervisory, management AND sales experience5+ years recruiting experienceTop-notch customer serviceMulti-unit management experience (at least 20 stores) A MUSTExcellent communication skillsProject management skillsFinancial Management
