Description:

The Visual Manager is responsible for creating compelling visual and merchandising presentations that support and drive brand initiatives as well as developing the standards and processes by which the retail stores implement the brand initiatives for almost 500 stores.

The Visual Manager also functions as the driving creative and tactical agent for the brand.

This position reports to the Director of Visual Merchandising

 

Responsibilities:Drive and implement visual display, merchandising and marketing strategiesDevelop and utilize methods to advance visual display, merchandising and marketing programsIdentify ways to drive sales through visual merchandising; ensure appropriate action is being take to achieve goalsWork closely with business partners to collaborate and execute brand messagesEstablish and maintain vendor relationshipsOversee and facilitate special projectsSome store travel is required

 

Qualifications:Specialty retail experience preferred 5+ years of experience in a corporate visual merchandising position; 2+ years in a management capacityStrong written and verbal communications skillsProject leadership experienceAbility to be flexible in a fast-paced environmentAbility to drive and deliver project timelines
