WIRELESS RETAIL SALES (TEXARKANA)

Wireless World (Exclusive dealer for Alltel) looking for sales representatives for locations in Texarkana,TX.

Competitive positions with room for growth. 2 years retail experience required. Must be highly motivated and have public relations skills. Cellular knowledge a plus, but will train. Competitive salary plus commission. Management, F/T, & P/T positions available. Candidates applying for Management positions should have at least 2-year Management experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Training and motivating staff to ensure goal achievement and follow company directive (for Management Candidates).

Providing a consistently excellent customer service experience by maintaining the highest degree of courtesy, confidentiality and professionalism.

Maintaining strong knowledge of new wireless products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions and service features.

Educating and engaging customers through product demonstrations.

Meeting sales objectives for wireless phones, services and accessories.

Handling all administrative aspects of the sale including: completing customer contracts and warranties, pulling products from inventory, accepting customer payments and filing the completed orders.

Handling phone inquires from customers on sales, upgrades, service changes and returns.

Interfacing with other departments on customer's behalf when necessary.

Managing a cash drawer and daily deposits of funds.

Maintaining store appearance including store opening and closing procedures.
