Position Summary

 

The Warehouse Coordinator position for HandPicked is a Level 1 full time position requiring a minimum of 40-45 hours each week in the home office.  The primary functions of this individual are to facilitate the merchandise flow of the Distribution Center and to ensure prompt turn of merchandise, while reconciling purchase orders and maintaining tag accuracy, etc. The Warehouse Coordinator will report directly to the Merchandise Analyst. 

 

Responsibilities Include: Monitor and Manage the tagging, separating, shipping, and distribution processes Establish policies and procedures for the distribution center Receive all merchandise according to purchase order, verifying accurately all purchase order, packing list and invoice information Track inventory transfer discrepancy process including shipments error, damages, etc. Maintains in store inventory levels for fill in merchandise Maintains and organizes all logs, files, and/or paperwork associated with the distribution process (including customer shipment logs) Order and fill all corporate office supplies and store supplies Organize and manage all corporate office/store fixtures in warehouse space Recruit, develop, manage and grow a high performance team including organization, training/coaching, leadership development and performance management Create an environment for the distribution team that is stimulating, challenging and fun while providing an arena for education and monetary rewards Performs other duties as required
