The heat is on to find an qualified, skilled and excited WEB DESIGN/DEVELOPER that will be responsible for supporting and actively participates in the development of media elements (print ads, web ads, and web development).

Candidates plays a key role conducting a variety of traditional design and marketing projects in support of our marketing sales needs. The qualifications needed are as followed:

* Outstanding designer with experience in developing rich media and optimizing both advertising design and web content.

* Possess a strong graphic design skill set, including typography, color and composition and an ability to quickly learn.

* Excellent understanding of user experience design for the Web, demonstrable design skills, and ability to show relevant work.

* 4-year college degree desired with emphasis on web and/or graphic design and at least 2 years of design experience.

* Extensive knowledge in all design and desktop publishing software, including (but not limited to): Adobe CS3 design suite including Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator, MS Office

* Understanding of related technology, including (but not limited to): HTML/XHTML, Java Script, CSS, SQL, Classic ASP and some ASP.Net
