The Wireless Retail Sales Representative is responsible for representing Cincinnati Bell’s brand equity in a retail setting with a high level of quality service that exceeds our customer’s expectations, excels in needs assessment and consultative selling, and has a thorough understanding of the products and services offered in the store as well as the systems and processes that support them. The Wireless Retail Sales Representative is the personal representative of the company to every customer who comes into the store. This position carries the responsibility of presenting a positive, friendly, professional and knowledgeable image to the customer. This position is evaluated by the ability to exceed the customer’s expectations by delivering a value-added communications consulting service.Provide helpful, professional, and courteous service to all customers and potential customers that enter or call the store.Assess the customer’s needs and provide optimal solutions and applications from the product and service line that meets their needs within identified constraints such as budget and availability.Take ownership of thoroughly understanding the features and benefits of all services and products offered, including promotions and new products and services offered.Take ownership for understanding the systems, including sales order entry, returns, exchanges, cash management reports, inventory management and reports and other applications as they may be developed.Demonstrate an understanding of all store operating procedures.Demonstrate superior team skills that lead and support other team members in our mission to serve the customer and operate a highly professional store operation.Attain sales goals as defined by store manager.Demonstrate a superior application of all training provided.The ideal candidate will possess…1 to 2 years retail sales and customer service experienceSuperior Listening skills Ability to absorb and demonstrate a thorough understanding of a broad range of products, services, procedures and systems Superior consultative selling skills, needs assessment skills, problem solving skills and integrative thinkingHigh School Diploma or equivalent
